Welcome to my Studio!

My studio is situated in two attic rooms originally used by farm workers.  For four  generations the staircase to these rooms has been know as ‘the goldilocks stairs’.

When we started renovations we discovered that the original paint colour on the stairs was turquoise!  It was meant to be!  I felt instantly at home working up in these rooms, it’s so cosy, a place where I can lose myself in fabrics, patterns and audiobooks.  My hope is that when people visit my shop and studio they will feel as though they have been magically transported into my website.  Here’s what one of my lovely customers, Stronsay’s Wyrd Weaver has to say about her visits. x
